Hi. I'm a begginer in silverlight and in game programming. I saw Your video and I found it very helpfull, at least until You get into the XNA part.

I have a question : How can I offer to the player some options to configure his own avatar in a game. I'm planning to use a PNG file to represent the avatar and all the animation It can do.

Thank again

Finally have the office back in some sense of order. With that said would like to thank Bill for the time he took to create this video for out group. As expected it inspired and informed the members attending the December 2009 XNA Calgary Users Group meeting. Great job Bill, looking forward to further Silverlight game development videos from you. Cheers in 2010!

I eventually want to host my own videos in Silverlight but this was something I could get going quickly and wanted to share the video sooner rather than later. I would think that for most of my target audience requiring Media Player isn't a major issue.

The game looks great, glad you got some use out of this library. I have just checked in some updates that should help performance (there was also a bug in how I was doing alpha blending). Rene should be doing a new release in the next couple of days which incorporates these changes.

Thanks for this. I've just completed my first silverlight game NomMan, a pacman clone, using this library to render just about everything apart from the scores. Find it at gamejolt.com if you are interested.
